For Poster Presentation:
Each student will be assigned a display board with the space of 4 feet width and 4.5 feet height. You can either make a single poster or you can put together adequate size that fits into the specified display board. The size of poster could be 3 feet x 4 feet or 4 feet x 3 feet.
a) You will get half an hour time to set up your poster on display board. All the students are requested to stand next to their posters for the entire duration of the poster session.
b) The following material would be provided to you: Board pins, pens, tape.
c) The poster should present a brief overview of your work done during the SURGE program.
Submission on the portal:
Final Report Submission with Plagiarism and AI report generated from Turnitin portal (Mandatory) - All the SURGE-2026 participants are required to upload the soft copy of the final report (Minimum word limit will be 350 ) and poster file in PDF format (3 MB). The portal will be available from 03.07.2026 to 09.07.2026.
There is no fixed format for the report.
